Jobgether is seeking a senior frontend engineer to architect, develop, and maintain robust React 18 applications. You will translate complex requirements into intuitive, accessible user interfaces and collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers across international teams.

You will optimize builds with Vite, implement state with Redux Toolkit, and mentor colleagues while advancing engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of software development focused on modern front-end engineering.
• Advanced practical expertise in React 18 and modern JavaScript (ES6+), including development of complex, maintainable web applications.
• Strong experience with Redux or Redux Toolkit for application state management.
• Hands-on experience with Vite and modern front-end build tooling.
• Solid knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, including responsive design, modern layout techniques, and styling frameworks.
• Advanced or fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate with international stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to writing clean, accessible, maintainable code.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain robust front-end applications using React 18 and ES6+.
• Design and manage application state using Redux or Redux Toolkit.
• Use Vite and modern development tools to optimize builds and performance.
• Build reusable, accessible UI components with responsive design.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams across international groups.
• Identify and resolve front-end performance issues and ensure reliability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
• Share knowledge and mentor other developers to strengthen team capabilities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of front-end workflows and testing practices.
