Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities, including the ability to reprioritize work quickly as business needs change.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead front end application development using JavaScript and Angular to deliver new features and system enhancements.
• Partner with cross-functional management teams to integrate systems and define enhancements that support new product launches and process improvements.
• Resolve complex, high-impact technical and business challenges by evaluating system processes against industry standards.
• Shape application design decisions so they align with Citi's broader technology architecture.
• Establish coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards that improve development quality and consistency.

• Mentor and coach mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work across the team to meet delivery goals.
• Evaluate risk in technical and business decisions to protect Citi, its clients, and its assets.
