EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer to design, scale, and ensure technical excellence of modern user-facing applications within our AdTech platform.

You will partner with product, UX/UI, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver high-performance web apps for digital advertising. The role emphasizes data-intensive dashboards, component design, and API integrations, delivering intuitive, responsive, and enterprise-grade solutions across advertising, media, and publishing

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with frontend focus.
• Hands-on React with Hooks and modern state management.
• Strong HTML5/CSS3 and styling knowledge.
• Experience with data-intensive web apps and dashboards.
• Familiarity with frontend tooling and CI/CD.
• Experience with API testing/integration.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and debugging.
• Exposure to cloud-hosted frontend apps.

The Lead Frontend Engineer is responsible for designing, scaling, and ensuring the technical excellence of modern user-facing applications within a growing AdTech platform. This role partners with product managers, UX/UI designers, marketing, and engineering teams to build high-performance web applications focused on digital advertising capabilities. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in frontend technologies, modern web architectures, and user experience optimization, with a deep understanding of data-intensive dashboards, component design, and API integrations.
