Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a senior frontend architect to own the W&B frontend. You will define architecture and performance strategies for a data-dense, visualization-heavy UI used by ML researchers and engineers, coordinating with multiple teams to land large-scale frontend changes.

You will shape API design, optimize delivery, and drive overhauls when incremental work falls short, all while maintaining a proactive operator mindset and strong execution discipline.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building user-facing software with frontend architecture and performance.
• Led transformation of a large React application focusing on performance, product impact and developer experience.
• Strong command of React and TypeScript with production experience in GraphQL and a modern state management approach (Redux or Zustand).
• Proficient in instrumenting frontend apps, tracing, and proving improvements with data.

Responsibilities

• Define the app delivery and rendering architecture.
• Partner with backend and platform teams on API design and delivery boundaries.
• Set performance targets and drive initiatives that meet them with production data.
• Shape cross-team designs and drive execution across boundaries.
