Qualifications

• 8+ years building user-facing software with frontend architecture and performance focus.
• Led transformation of a large React app emphasizing performance, impact, and developer experience.
• Strong command of React and TypeScript, production GraphQL with modern state management (Redux/Zustand).
• Real performance engineering: instrument apps, read traces, quantify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the W&B frontend architecture and app performance, stability, and reliability.
• Define boundaries for data queries and optimize page render performance.
• Shape designs across teams and execute plans to land major improvements.
• Set performance targets and drive work to meet them, with production data evidence.
• Collaborate with backend/platform teams on API design and delivery.
