Job summary

The client, VIVA USA Inc, is seeking a Lead Front end developer to facilitate the development of a critical system for the Medicaid Transformation Project. The role focuses on the design, development and maintenance of a Web Portal using Java/JEE based applications with extensive Angular 7 experience.

Required are hands-on skills in Node.js, React UI, Apollo GraphQL, Knex, passport, Express and REST APIs, plus AWS services and container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions across front-end and back-end stacks.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise Web Portal development using Java/JEE.
• Strong command of Angular 7 and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with AWS services including Fargate, ECS, ECR, Lambda and S3.
• Ability to design and deploy scalable application frameworks and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of a Web Portal for Medicaid Transformation.
• Collaborate on design and implementation of enterprise web applications.
• Ensure secure, scalable front-end architecture and API integration.
• Mentor junior developers and drive agile delivery.
