Freedom Healthcare is seeking a Junior Software Developer / Healthcare Application Support Specialist to contribute to development, testing, configuration, and support of our behavioral-health software platform — a modern React/TypeScript web app built with Vite and backed by PostgreSQL on AWS.

Working under the Senior Full-Stack Healthcare Software Engineer, you will focus on building and maintaining React front-end components, writing and tuning SQL, integrating REST APIs, and monitoring AWS

Qualifications

• Frontend-focused development experience with React/TypeScript.
• Ability to write and optimize SQL queries and working with relational databases.
• Familiarity with REST API integration and basic cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain React front-end components.
• Write and tune SQL queries against the AWS-hosted PostgreSQL database.
• Assist with REST API integration and data flows between services.
• Monitor and support AWS services used by the application and respond to user inquiries.
