Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is building an engineering team to develop a cloud-native healthcare platform. We seek a Senior Front-End & FHIR Interoperability Engineer to own the front-end end-to-end, integrate with EHR systems, and launch SMART on FHIR apps.

You will map clinical data to UI models, implement CDS Hooks, OAuth PKCE, and work with React/TypeScript in a fast, early-stage environment within hybrid/remote US settings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience building production front-end apps in React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience integrating with EHR/EMR systems.
• Experience shipping production SMART on FHIR apps.
• Knowledge of FHIR R4 and OAuth 2.0 / PKCE.
• Hands-on CDS Hooks implementations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the full front-end application and all workflows.
• Launch SMART on FHIR app and consume FHIR R4 resources with read-only access, aligned to USCDI v3.
• Implement CDS Hooks integrations and context-aware triggering.
• Design and own data mapping between EHR/FHIR resources and UI models.
• Produce production-quality code and participate in design and code reviews.
