Truelogic, a digital solutions partner, seeks an experienced Front-End Leader to guide a Buenos Aires-based engineering team on modern web architectures and accessibility at scale.

You’ll own front-end direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with design, product, and client teams. The role is 100% remote with USD compensation, requiring strong English and proven leadership in agency or consultancy environments.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Proven experience providing technical leadership, mentorship, or engineering guidance.
• Advanced expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern component-based architecture.
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools, such as Claude Code or similar coding assistants.
• Strong ownership, project-management capabilities, and ability to connect technical decisions with business objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
