Truelogic seeks an experienced senior front-end leader to guide the Buenos Aires engineering team, defining architecture, standards, and scalable practices while mentoring engineers. You will collaborate with design, product, and client teams to deliver accessible, high-performance web experiences.

This 100% remote role offers USD compensation and opportunities to work with top American companies on transformative projects, leveraging AI tools like Claude Code to enhance development workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Proven experience providing technical leadership, mentorship, or engineering guidance.
• Advanced expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern component-based architecture.
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools, such as Claude Code or similar coding assistants.
• Strong ownership, project-management capabilities, and ability to connect technical decisions with business objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must be currently based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
