You will drive best practices, build scalable components and design systems, ensure accessibility, and push CI/CD improvements to ship high-quality user experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience with leadership exposure.
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern front-end frameworks (React/Angular/Vue/Next).
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, responsive design and WCAG accessibility knowledge.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous data handling.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and version control (Git).

Responsibilities

• Lead development of user-facing features using React, Angular, Vue.js, or Next.js.
• Define and enforce front-end best practices and accessibility standards.
• Architect and maintain scalable component libraries and design systems.
• Collaborate with product, design and back-end engineers to translate requirements.
• Conduct code reviews, technical deep-dives, and mentor front-end team members.
• Drive front-end performance optimization across devices and browsers.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Stay current with front-end trends and participate in roadmap planning.
