You will lead a small team, drive front-end standards, and partner with product owners and designers to deliver high-performance, accessible interfaces in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering with leadership in React-based front-end development.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale web applications and modern UI development.
• Experience with backend integration using .NET, Python, and API patterns.
• Strong knowledge of scalable UI components, state management, and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of scalable UI architectures using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with .NET backend services and SQL/NoSQL data stores.
• Translate business requirements into well-designed UI solutions.
• Define and evolve front-end architecture standards and design systems.
• Partner with DevOps to define CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Lead a small engineering team, provide technical direction and reviews.
• Coach engineering on React best practices and testing strategies.
