Job summary

Sugar Bowl Resort is seeking a Terrain Park Grooming Supervisor to lead a skilled team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a top-tier Freestyle Terrain Park. You will plan schedules, coach the crew, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across nightly and seasonal operations.

The role requires a hands-on leader with deep terrain park knowledge, strong skiing/riding skills, and a track record of developing operators from entry-level to advanced builders.

Qualifications

• 5+ seasons of terrain park experience.
• Proven leadership, mentorship, and team development.
• Strong knowledge of terrain park design, safety, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and coach the Terrain Park Groomer I–IV team.
• Uphold high standards for a safe, high-quality Freestyle Terrain Park.
• Build and manage yearly rail/box maintenance and construction plans.
• Plan nightly and seasonal maintenance tasks and assign workloads.
• Lead operator training to ensure ongoing improvements in resort operations.
