Hill Top Craftsmen in Spokane, WA is seeking a Lead Framer to head a small crew on commercial framing projects. You will read blueprints, perform layout, and ensure accurate framing while coordinating with the Foreman to keep projects on schedule.

Formación

• Several years of framing experience, preferably in commercial construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform layout.

• Reliable transportation to job sites.

What You'll Do

• Lead a small crew or assigned portion of commercial framing projects
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Perform layout work and ensure framing is completed accurately
• Coordinate daily tasks with the Foreman to keep projects on schedule
• Maintain high standards for quality and safety
• Mentor and support less experienced team members
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact production
