Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst for the BBD FP&A team in the New York City Metro area. This role supports forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and senior leadership reporting, reporting to the Senior Director, BBD FP&A.

Candidate must reside in the NYC metro area. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Accounting to deliver timely insights, build financial models, and drive process improvements across FP&A deliverables.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of FP&A, finance, accounting, decision support or related analytical roles
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; TM1, Oracle, Power BI preferred
• Attention to detail, ownership, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative across teams

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational performance including revenue, expenses, margins and drivers
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting with commentary on performance vs forecast
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes
• Provide variance and trend analysis with recommended actions to improve performance
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, Accounting, FP&A teams to collect inputs and align outlooks
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenarios, pricing, profitability and initiatives
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and executive-ready materials for business reviews
• Drive FP&A process improvements, automation, data quality and analytical tools
• Serve as a trusted finance partner communicating insights and influencing decisions

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team brings insight and predictability to the company’s core operations and partners closely with business leaders to support growth and decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional to deepen their FP&A expertise, gain exposure to a dynamic business, and work cross-functionally with leaders across the organization.

We are seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join the ISS FP&A team supporting the Bank, Broker-Dealer Solutions business unit. In this role, you will support financial planning and analysis activities including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, strategic decision support and management reporting. You will help deliver timely and accurate financial insights, support business performance reviews, and contribute to process improvements that enhance visibility into key operating and financial metrics. This position will report to the Senior Director, BBD FP&A based out of the NYC metro area.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational performance, including revenue, sales, expenses, margins, profitability, volumes, and key business drivers
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages with clear commentary on performance versus forecast, plan, prior year, and key trends
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes
• Provide insightful variance and trend analysis, including identification of underlying business drivers and recommended actions to improve business performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Operations, Product, Accounting, Corporate FP&A, and other finance teams, to collect inputs, validate assumptions, and align on financial outlooks
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, business cases, pricing, client or product profitability, and strategic initiatives
• Prepare ad hoc analysis and executive-ready materials to support business reviews, strategic decisions, and senior leadership requests
• Drive process improvement and standardization across FP&A deliverables, including report automation, forecast processes, data quality, and analytical tools
• Serve as a trusted finance partner by communicating financial insights clearly, challenging assumptions constructively, and influencing business decisions through data-driven analysis

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, decision support, or related analytical roles
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights clearly
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required; experience with TM1, Oracle, and Power BI preferred
• Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, problem-solving ability, and sense of ownership
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams, build strong working relationships, and influence partners to drive results in a matrixed environment
• Self-starter who can work on multiple projects with minimal direct supervision.
• Eagerness to learn, improve processes, and grow within a finance organization

Salary range: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 annually. Bonus eligible.
