Job summary

MetalTek International is seeking an experienced Foundry Supervisor to lead our No-Bake Molding and Core Operations team at our Carondelet Foundry in Pevely, Missouri. This hands‑on leadership role focuses on safety, quality, and continuous improvement while developing people and meeting production goals.

You will supervise molding, core-making, and melt/pour activities, driving excellence and collaborating with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to sustain a world-class operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial operations.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory control, production scheduling, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead No-Bake Molding and Core Operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production staff; foster team culture.
• Ensure molding, core-making, melt, and pour procedures are followed safely.
• Drive productivity improvements; reduce waste; improve process efficiency.
• Monitor inventory, process control, and product quality per standards.
• Support production scheduling and coordinate with maintenance, quality, eng, and ops.
• Lead safety initiatives; conduct investigations; promote safety culture.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Maintain clear cross-department communication across shifts.
