Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing, foundry, or heavy industrial operations.
• Experience leading No-Bake Molding/Core Operations is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support No-Bake Molding and Core Operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and delivery objectives.
• Supervise, coach, train, and develop production employees while fostering a positive, accountable culture.
• Ensure molding, core-making, melt, and pour procedures are followed safely and consistently.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, engineering, and operations to ensure successful execution.
• Lead safety initiatives and participate in hiring and employee development.
