Adam is building the founding research team to tackle how AI models interpret and edit parametric CAD in 3D space. We seek people who can design rigorous evals, push the boundaries of LLMs in 3D/CAD, and own the full AI stack from data collection to training and inference.

Qualifications

• Design evals to measure geometric accuracy in 3D space.
• Experience training and serving state-of-the-art models.
• Ability to own data collection, model training, evaluation, and inference end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Create RL environments to teach long-horizon agents to perform design tasks end-to-end.
