Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking a Lead Founding Product Engineer to steer the company’s most strategic new product initiatives and build the technical foundation for future lines.

You will work directly with executives, product and customer teams to define architectures, development frameworks, and roadmaps while mentoring senior engineers and guiding cross-functional delivery. Expect ownership of backend systems and scalable design in a fast-paced, equal-opportunity environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience.
• Proven track record of leading 0→1 products.
• Excellent product and technical judgment.
• Strong leadership across engineering and product.
• Excellent communication with customers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead product engineering strategy for 0→1 initiatives.
• Work with executive, product, engineering, and customer teams.
