Pragmatike is seeking a Founding Product Engineer to join a fast-growing tech company building critical infrastructure for real-time operations. The role is fully remote from the United States, with compensation in the range of $200,000–$350,000 USD annually.

You will work with Product, Design, customers, and engineering leadership to turn ideas into production products, owning features end-to-end from architecture through deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack product engineering background.
• Experience building products from early-stage concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build new product capabilities from concept to production.
• Identify high-value problems with Product and customers.
• Develop full-stack features across frontend, backend, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Prototype and validate product ideas quickly.
• Own features end-to-end from architecture through deployment.
• Improve developer experience, testing, and product reliability.
• Contribute to product and technical strategy.
