Pragmatike is seeking a Senior Founding Product Engineer to collaborate with Product, Design, customers, and engineering leadership to turn ideas into production products.

This full-time, remote role is based in the United States. You will build new product capabilities, develop full-stack features, prototype ideas, and own features end-to-end from architecture through deployment. Strong communication and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack product engineering background.
• Experience building products from early-stage concepts.
• Strong product sense and customer empathy.
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining engineering quality.

Responsibilities

• Build new product capabilities from concept to production.
• Work closely with Product and customers to identify high-value problems.
• Develop full-stack features across frontend, backend, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Rapidly prototype and validate product ideas.
• Own features end-to-end from architecture through deployment.
• Use customer feedback to iterate quickly.
• Build scalable foundations without over-engineering.
• Improve developer experience, testing, and product reliability.
• Contribute to product and technical strategy.
