Job summary

Level Foundation Repair, LLC in the Tampa Bay area is seeking an experienced Crew Lead / Foreman to supervise a small crew on residential foundation repair projects. This full-time, W-2 role offers hourly pay of $28–$35 DOE and a typical Monday–Friday schedule.

You will lead 3–4 technicians, coordinate days, perform foundation work, pier installation, crawlspace repair, and ensure safety and quality on sites throughout Tampa Bay.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction crews.
• Background in foundation repair or related trades.
• Pier installation or crawlspace repair experience preferred.
• Physically demanding outdoor crawlspace work.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience driving work trucks and towing trailers.
• Reliable, organized, safety-conscious and able to work independently.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must pass background and driving record checks.
