Greylock Partners is seeking a Forward Deployed Expert for a bold AI startup backed by Greylock. You will lead customer deployments end to end, from kickoff to proof of value and expansion, digging into customer workflows and understanding the decisions they make.

You’ll manage technical setup, basic integrations, and translate needs into actionable requirements for our research data, engineering, and product teams, while serving as the trusted advisor for customer success and guiding product

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in solutions engineering, or management consulting with a strong technical bent.
• Hands-on technical skills for basic integrations: APIs, data connections, and common enterprise tools.
• High EQ. You build trust fast with executives and day-to-day users alike.
• A talent for understanding how businesses work and turning messy needs into crisp requirements.
• Clear, confident communication, in the room and in writing.
• An ownership mindset. You treat customer outcomes as your own.

Domain: AI startup using predictive AI to help organizations make better decisions, faster, and cut into the $100B enterprise market for decision research.

Founders: CEO has experience investing in early stage companies, running a hyper-growth enterprise business and leading a $20B business unit at a Fortune 500 company. CTO has a PhD in AI/ML from Carnegie Mellon and has developed multiple commercially viable AI products. COO ran strategy and operations at a large global technology company where she helped launch and scale multiple new business initiatives. Team consists of world-class leaders in data infrastructure and applied research.
