Qualifications

  • Experience as a foreman or field lead in form carpentry or concrete construction.
  • Experience in heavy civil water/wastewater construction or treatment plant work.
  • Experience using electric saws, drills, and layout tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support concrete form carpentry work for heavy civil water/wastewater projects.
  • Shoot grade, take measurements, field-cut wood bracing and form components.
  • Build, assemble, brace, and strip concrete forms while maintaining safety standards.
  • Assemble and tie reinforcing steel; assist with rebar placement.
  • Support concrete placement activities and install embedded items.
  • Use electric saws, drills, and hand tools safely; climb ladders and work on scaffolding.
  • Plan the sequence of work and communicate daily priorities; maintain a clean work area.
