Qualifications

• Licensed Forensic Psychologist in PA
• Leadership experience within forensic or correctional settings
• Experience with competency evaluation and restoration and service delivery
• Experience working with justice-related systems
• Experience providing clinical supervision

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of forensic psychology professionals.
• Oversee program operations: workflow, compliance, staffing, budgeting, and quality.
• Assess team performance and ensure high-quality psychological assessments.
• Educate and guide the program in policy compliance, protocols, and quality improvement.
• Partner with behavioral health agencies and justice-system stakeholders to enhance coordination.
