Odd Fellows Contracting seeks a Project Foreman to lead field operations on premium residential design-build projects. You will execute master-level carpentry on-site while coordinating with the design team, trade partners, and clients to keep projects on time and on budget.

You will manage safety, quality, and costs with hands-on leadership, support a no-surprises process, and enjoy a structured team that respects work-life balance while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years as foreman or lead carpenter in residential remodeling.
• Advanced mastery of framing, trim, cabinetry, and remodeling.
• Experience with mobile project management apps (e.g., 123Worx).
• Strong client communication and small team leadership.
• Ability to interpret architectural prints and SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for premium residential design-build projects.
• Directly manage carpenters, trade partners, and client communication.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost control on site daily.
• Log activities and change orders with project management tools.
