Austin Bridge & Road is seeking an experienced Foreman to support heavy civil highway projects in Greenville, Texas. This role focuses on leading daily field operations, ensuring quality and safety, and coordinating subcontractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include planning site logistics, developing schedules, and maintaining strong relationships with owners, inspectors, engineers, and vendors. Must have 5+ years in heavy civil construction and be willing to work night shifts as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years in heavy civil construction, with focus on MSE walls.
• Proven leadership in managing paving crews and subcontractors on complex roadway projects.
• Proficient in construction management software (HCSS Heavy Job) and daily reporting tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day field operations for MSE wall projects, adhering to plans, schedules, and safety standards.
• Implement and enforce jobsite safety protocols; conduct hazard assessments with safety personnel.
• Plan site logistics with Project Manager, including sequences, equipment staging, and traffic control.
• Develop and manage daily/weekly schedules; optimize use of crews, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and execution of work.
• Provide technical guidance to resolve field issues and improve productivity.
• Track labor, equipment, and material costs; assist in schedule and budget adjustments.
