Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Previous foreman or field leadership experience.
• Experience with public works, underground utilities, or civil construction.
• Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints.
• Experience operating heavy equipment and coordinating crews.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Able to work in fast-paced commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on commercial projects.
• Supervise field personnel and coordinate subcontractors, equipment and materials.
• Review blueprints and project specifications before work begins.
• Coordinate trenching, underground utilities, piping and installation.
• Monitor daily production and adjust manpower as needed.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and schedules.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA requirements.
• Work with Project Managers on manpower, scheduling, material needs, and progress.
• Maintain accurate field reports and daily documentation.
• Resolve field issues to keep projects moving.
