Job summary

Empire Roofing, a Tecta America Company, in Nashville, TN, seeks an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead roofing crews through installation, removal and replacement of commercial roof systems. Pay starts at $35+/hr, BOE, and Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome.

You will manage projects from start to finish, ensure craftsmanship, follow safety guidelines, and maintain strong customer interactions. 3–5 years leadership experience and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems is ideal.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope roofs.
• Roof maintenance and repairs.
• Follow job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers.
• Manage roofing crew; complete paperwork and daily reports.
• Track inventory and assist in training crew members.

Commercial Roofing Foreman Summary

We are looking for an experienced commercial roofing foreman in Nashville, TN!

You will be the leader of our roofing crews and responsible for the installation, removal and replacement of commercial roof systems. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

Commercial Roofing Foreman Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles)
• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed
• Tracking inventory and filing daily reports

Commercial Roofing Foreman Requirements

• 3-5 years experience leading commercial roofing crews
• Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems is ideal
• A valid driver's license
• Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
• Must be able to climb ladders, regularly bend, climb and kneel
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
• Must be able to pass preemployment screening
