Maverik is seeking a Lead Food Service Team Member in our busy store network to model excellence in customer service and food preparation. You’ll mentor team members, ensure safe food handling, and maintain clean, inviting displays while delivering fast, friendly experiences that reflect Maverik’s GET standards.

Starting pay ranges from $15.52 to $17.52 per hour with full-time hours and opportunities for career growth, benefits, and profit sharing as part of our team-oriented culture.

Formación

About the Job:

• Champion GET: Model and reinforce Maverik's GET (Greet, Engage, and Thank) customer service expectations, helping Team Members consistently deliver a friendly, welcoming, and exceptional customer experience.
• Leadership & Team Support: Be a leader and team player as you conduct orientation and training for Team Members, ensuring proper and safe food preparation.
• Renowned Customer Service: Provide friendly, helpful customer service and create a positive experience for every customer.
• Food Preparation & Display: Prepare and cook delicious Maverik Bonfire food items by following our carefully crafted recipes and maintaining enticing food displays.

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
