Maverik Inc. is seeking a Lead Food Service Team Member in Parker, CO. You will lead by example, support teammates, and ensure fast, friendly service while keeping the kitchen organized and safe.

You'll prepare Maverik Bonfire items, train new Team Members, uphold food safety standards, and contribute to a positive guest experience in a busy 24/7 store environment.

• Leadership & Team Support: Be a leader and team player as you conduct orientation and training for Team Members, ensuring proper and safe food preparation.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
