Maverik is hiring a Lead Food Service Team Member in Rio Communities, NM. You will lead by example, support your team, and help deliver fresh food and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

You will train new Team Members, model Maverik's GET: Greet, Engage, and Thank, and ensure food preparation and displays follow our recipes. This full-time role includes opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
