Job summary

Maverik in Battle Mountain, NV is seeking a Lead Food Service Team Member to guide the team, uphold food safety, and ensure fast, friendly service. You’ll train teammates, prepare Maverik Bonfire items, and maintain clean, welcoming displays in a high-volume store.

This full-time role offers starting pay at $16.00–$18.00 per hour, with growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including insurance, a 401k with company match, and company-paid life insurance.

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
