Maverik is hiring a Lead Food Service Team Member in Utah to supervise and mentor the team, ensuring high-quality food preparation and outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.

You will lead by example, support daily operations, maintain clean, inviting displays, and uphold Maverik’s GET standards: Greet, Engage, and Thank customers. Candidates must be 18+, flexible, and food safety certified. This is a full-time position.

Lead Food Service Team Member

Starting pay: $15.52 - $17.52/hr. with both career and growth opportunities!

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
