Job summary

Maverik is seeking a Lead Food Service Team Member in Blytheville to lead by example, support the team, and ensure fresh food and great service. You will help run kitchen operations, keep the space clean, organized, and ready to serve, while role-modeling Maverik standards.

Starting pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
