Job summary

Maverik is seeking a Lead Food Service Team Member in a fast-paced setting in North Liberty, IA. You will lead by example, mentor teammates, ensure safe, high-quality food preparation, and deliver legendary customer service while keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

You’ll manage shifts, train new team members, and uphold Maverik’s standards for food display, freshness, and efficiency. The role offers career growth and a chance to contribute to a growing team in a vibrant convenience store

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
