Job summary

The Arizona Pioneers' Home in Prescott, AZ seeks a Food Services Supervisor II to lead the dietary team under the Dietary Manager. You will supervise meal preparation, oversee dishwashing and tray line operations, and ensure food safety and sanitation per policies.

You may assign work, review staff performance and contribute to quality service for residents. Responsibilities include planning menus, inspecting lines, coordinating with Diet Tech and Dining Room Supervisor, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Supervises subordinate staff and assigns work.
• Ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation rules.
• Interprets menus and portion controls for service lines.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures and safety standards.
• Able to read recipes and supervise meal preparation.

Responsibilities

• Perform defined work routines using dietary utensils and equipment.
• Instructs and counsels staff; assigns work based on menus and schedules.
• Review menus, counts, and diet orders; ensure proper portioning and service.
• Maintain safety and sanitation compliance across shifts.
• Prepare a variety of foods and assist with steam table/serving area.
