Trinity Services Group in Palmyra, MO, is hiring a Lead Food Service Worker for an on-site correctional facility. The role prepares and serves food per menus, reports to the Food Service Director, with early shift hours 5am–2pm and weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, prior institutional food service experience is a plus, ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO and more.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in the preparation of quality foods per planned menu and recipes.
• Maintain a neat, clean, food-safe workstation and manage trash, sweeping, mopping.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules per department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook food according to recipes.
• Follow all food safety regulations for sanitation and storage.
• Be organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Assist with other duties as needed by the team.
