Job summary

Elior North America in North Hills, CA is seeking an experienced lead foodservice worker to guide daily onsite operations for Trio-Community-Meals.

You will oversee food preparation, service, staff direction, inventory management, and sanitation with a strong focus on safety and quality. This is a full-time, onsite role offering benefits and a competitive hourly wage of $19.00–$20.00.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated lead foodservice worker to our TRIO Community Meals team in North Hills, CA. As a lead foodservice worker, you will have the opportunity to lead daily operation onsite by ensuring quality food preparation and service.

What you'll be doing:

• Ensuring proper preparation and storage of food.
• Directing food service staff and operations to ensure a successful meal service.
• Ordering food and paper products as needed.
• Ensuring sanitation and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Training new staff members as needed.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• ServSafe certification.
• At least one years’ experience in a foodservice role.

Nice-to-haves:

• At least one years’ experience in a supervisory role.

Compensation Range

$19.00-$20.00/hr.
