Elior North America is seeking an experienced lead foodservice worker for Trio-Community Meals in North Hills, CA. You will lead daily onsite operations, ensure quality food preparation, and manage service flow to deliver meals efficiently.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and ServSafe certification, with at least one year in foodservice. This is a full-time, onsite position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

The Role at a glance

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated lead foodservice worker to our TRIO Community Meals team in North Hills, CA. As a lead foodservice worker, you’ll have the opportunity to lead daily operation onsite by ensuring quality food preparation and service.

What you'll be doing

• Ensuring proper preparation and storage of food.
• Directing food service staff and operations to ensure a successful meal service.
• Ordering food and paper products as needed.
• Ensuring sanitation and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Training new staff members as needed.

What we're looking for

Must-haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• ServSafe certification.
• At least one years' experience in a foodservice role.

Nice-to-haves

• At least one years' experience in a supervisory role.

Compensation Range

$19.00-$20.00/hr.
