Elior North America is seeking a lead foodservice worker for the TRIO Community Meals team in Baton Rouge, LA. You will oversee daily onsite operations, ensuring quality food preparation and service for our community meals program.

Direct food service staff, manage supplies and ordering, and uphold sanitation and safety standards while training new team members. This is a full-time onsite role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• ServSafe certification.
• At least one year's experience in a foodservice role.

The Role at a Glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated lead foodservice worker to our TRIO Community Meals team in Baton Rouge, LA. As a lead foodservice worker, you will have the opportunity to lead daily operation onsite by ensuring quality food preparation and service.

Compensation Range
