Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead food preparation and portioning for daily service.
• Set up and break down stations as directed by management.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and guidelines.
• Ensure accurate portioning and maintain daily temperature logs.
• Greet customers and handle feedback with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work station and equipment.
