• Frequent lifting of hot food items.
• Work inside kitchen with heated equipment and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in preparation of food items for the day and dating products.
• Set up and break down stations as directed by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Use accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all food items on the line prior to serving.
• Alert management to items not meeting quality expectations.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers and request feedback while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean workstation and sanitized serving utensils.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas by hand or cart.
• Assist with safety observations and report hazards.
• Cross-train in areas as needed and assist with events.
