Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitary department following health codes and regulations.
• Maintain inventory on a weekly basis.
• Supervise and evaluate employees; counsel; promote growth and teamwork.
• Train/mentor other food service workers.
• Perform other duties as needed by leadership.
