Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets.
• Direct daily activities.
• Maintain food production for safety and quality according to policies.
• Store food items safely and organize environment.
• Maintain serving schedules and ensure menu adherence.
• Train/mentor other food service workers.
• Maintain logs on equipment maintenance and food safety logs.
• May perform cashier duties as needed.
• Promote good public relations.
