Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required or minimum of two years of food service experience.
• Minimum of two years of food service experience in a healthcare environment.
• Illinois ANSI Accredited Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of start date.
• Illinois Food Service Sanitation Manager Certificate required within three months of hire.

Hourly Pay Range: $18.68 - $26.15 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

Position: Food Service Assistant Lead Location: Edward Hospital - Naperville, IL Full Time, 40 weekly hours Hours: Monday-Friday, 6-2:30pm OR 12pm-8:30pm with every other weekend and rotating holidays

What you will do

• This position is part of the team that insures safe and fresh delivery of foods and services to patients as well as customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Functioning in a lead capacity, with direct responsibility for the workload and workflow of the team.
• Responsible for assembling and serving meal trays to patients in an efficient and timely manner.
• Retrieving soiled trays and recording patient intake.

What you will need

• Education: High School Diploma or GED or a minimum of two years of food service experience
• Experience: A minimum of two years of previous food service experience in a healthcare environment
• Certification: State of Illinois ANSI Accredited Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of start date of position for employees working on their Food Service Sanitation Manager Certificate
• Certification: State of Illinois Food Service Sanitation Manager Certificate required within three (3) months of hire
