Job summary

At our Green Bay facility, Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a production operator to operate and provide relief coverage for multiple advanced production roles, including blending, cooking, and filling operations. You will monitor equipment, perform adjustments, troubleshoot, and ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Prior experience operating automated filler equipment and cooking/blending systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple filler and blending systems with HMI-controlled equipment to meet production and quality standards.
• Weigh, stage, and prepare ingredients, record batch data in company systems.
• Adjust machine settings and batch formulas to meet specifications and improve performance across all machines.
• Diagnose equipment issues and coordinate with Maintenance for repairs.
