Roskam Foods is seeking a Manufacturing Production Team Lead to guide a food packaging line, partnering with the Line Supervisor to coordinate workers for efficient output, sanitation, and quality.

You will train teams, execute the production plan, set up and run packaging machinery, and maintain accurate inventory and quality data—while upholding safety and regulatory standards across the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations teams in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills.
• Background in food service or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Train, coach, and reinforce standards to build a high-performing team.
• Execute the production plan to meet deadlines and daily goals.
• Set up, operate, and tend to packaging machinery; handle rework when issues occur.
• Clean and sterilize equipment and processing areas to meet hygiene requirements.
• Maintain real-time material tracking in inventory software.
• Capture production data during quality checks to verify compliance.
• Observe processes, enter data, and manage databases for decisions.
• Uphold safety, quality, and regulatory standards at every step.
