Job summary

CORTEK is seeking a FOIA Team Lead to be based onsite in Pocatello, ID. The role focuses on mentoring FOIA Analysts, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and maintaining high-quality outputs while safeguarding sensitive information.

As an onsite leader, you will monitor production and QA metrics, support the Program Manager with reporting, and ensure the unit meets performance requirements under the RIDS contract. A Top-Secret clearance and relevant FOIA experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 months - 2.5 years of specialized work experience.
• Active Top-Secret security clearance required.
• Current FOIA Analyst on the RIDS contract in Pocatello, ID required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and provide technical direction to FOIA Analysts pertaining to the unit.
• Ensure that the team members comply with all appropriate guidelines of the unit.
• Ensure that the Team members comply with the minimum requirements of the statement of work.
• Ensure all documents are reviewed accurately and high-quality standards are maintained.
• Ensure contractor production and quality assurance metrics are measured and reported accurately.
• Compile reporting information on production and quality assurance metrics.
• Assist the Program Manager in reviewing metrics.
