MainStreet Family Care in East Ellijay, GA is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a full-time role. You will provide patient-focused care in a high-volume urgent care setting with strong teamwork and rapid decision-making.

New graduates are welcome. After HQ orientation, you will receive training shifts with current providers, plus ongoing support, such as a pediatric urgent care course and on-call provider guidance to help you grow.

Formación

• Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required
• MSN, or higher education required (New graduate friendly!)
• DOT certification, or willingness to obtain (we cover the cost)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office preferred

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and treat cold, flu, strep, COVID and other URIs
• Perform minor procedures (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.)
• Suturing and splinting
• General orthopedic evaluations/management
• Review of X-rays (over-read by Radiologist)
• General dermatology and eye problems
• General EKG interpretations
• Emergency management skills
• General GYN care
• Treat children of all ages
• Occupational medicine
• Telemedicine
